What We Do
We are a mobile bartending service. Our 70's camper has been transformed into a mobile bar trailer, allowing us to provide pouring service in style to enhance your next celebration. We offer a curated selection of cocktails, including a rotating menu of our specialty beverages. Upon inquiry, we're happy to share our current cocktail list with detailed descriptions. Customization is always welcome. We love collaborating with our clients to create the perfect menu or signature cocktail, tailored specifically to your event
How it Works
Let’s get in touch and discuss the details of your event! We travel throughout the Buena Vista area, up to Leadville and down to Salida. We are open to traveling to surrounding areas. Please review our listed packages for available offerings and pricing. Once your date, venue, and package are selected, a contract will be provided. A 50% deposit is due at the time of signing, with the remaining balance collected 30 days prior to your event. After your menu is finalized, we’ll provide a detailed shopping list for the host to purchase the alcohol. We take care of the rest, including mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and any additional agreed-upon bar essentials.

Enjoy a fully customized bar experience paired with attentive, professional service your guests will remember. From initial inquiry through the final toast, we provide warm, polished, and personable service at every stage of your event. We arrive early to ensure a seamless setup, including bar installation, chilling beverages, preparing fresh garnishes, and finalizing all event details. Our team practices proper bar etiquette, respectfully verifying proof of age for all guests and exercising sound judgment when discontinuing service for anyone who may be overindulging

Package #1
Pop It and Pour It $200 per/hr
~ Beer, seltzers, wine and soft drinks
~ Any number or combination of each beverage
~ Up to a total of 10 different drink variations
~ Minimum of 4 hours of service and can serve up to 6 hours
~ Events exceeding a guest count of 75 require a second bartender at an additional fee
Package #3
Shake Things Up $250 per/hr
~ Beer, seltzer, wine, 2 signature cocktails and soft drinks
~ Up to a total of 10 drink variations
~ Minimum of 4 hours of service and can serve up to 6 hours
~ Two bartenders required
~ Two additional mixers can be provided to complement the spirits used in cocktails
Package #2
Happy Hours $225 per/hr
~ Beer, seltzer, wine, 2 signature cocktails and soft drinks
~ Up to a total of 6 different drink variations
~ Available Monday through Thursdays only
~ Service available for 2 hours
~ Includes one bartender for up to 25 guests. Events exceeding this guest count require a second bartender at an added fee
Package #4
The Full Works $285 per/hr
~ Beer, seltzers, wine, 4 signature cocktails and soft drinks
~ Up to a total of 10 different drink variations
~ Minimum of 4 hours of service and can serve up to 6 hours
~ Two bartenders required
~ Two additional mixers can be provided to complement the spirits used in cocktails
Setup Fee
A setup fee of $200 applies for pre-event preparation and beverage chilling prior to contracted bartending time. This includes stylish bar setup/ preparation of mixers and garnishes for select beverages, and transportation of the bar to your venue.
* There is an additional transportation fee outside of a 25 mile radius

Frequently Asked Questions
Do You Provide the Alcohol?
In accordance to Colorado liquor laws we are not allowed to provide the alcohol for your event. Together we will determine a shopping list for the beer, wine, and liquor that is recommend based on the hours of service, menu that you’ve chosen, and number of guests.
How do we get everything to you?
A member of our team will meet the designated contact at the bar trailer prior to the event to receive and check in all consumable items. We’ll confirm that everything outlined in our prior correspondence is accounted for and ready for service. At the conclusion of the event, all unused consumable items will be returned to the designated contact.
Are you Insured?
Yes! We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance and carry copies of proof of insurance within the trailer.
How much space is needed to park the trailer and do you need an electrical hookup?
There needs to be enough room to drive in with a pick up, drop it off and then turn around. The space should be somewhat level and not require high clearance to haul in. An electrical hookup option is great but not necessary!
Can we use real glassware?
Disposable cups are provided, and we encourage guests to reuse them whenever possible. If you prefer real glassware, you’re welcome to supply it, or you may request additional glassware through your catering company. This option helps reduce waste and adds an elevated touch!
What if a majority of my guests do not drink alcohol?
Most of our specialty cocktails can be made as mocktails that are still delicious and fun. We are willing to work with you to get together a menu to suit all of your guests and adjust the alcohol shopping list as needed for your event.
